Oil Cleansing Method

Oily skin? blackheads? white head or even pimples?
I just found one juicy or should i rather say "oily" treatment for that.
( you can even google it, I found a lot of reviews, forums and blogs about this and i think it really works, i'll start using this maybe tomorrow and i'll post a review after a week )
Here it goes:
FROM SUITE101.COM

The Oil Cleansing Method or "OCM" is a natural way to create radiantly clear skin using only hot water, a washcloth, unprocessed castor oil and extra virgin olive oil.

“Oil dissolves oil” has become a mantra to fans of the oil cleansing method or “OCM.” For many people, the simplest way to clear up acne, blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, blemishes, rashes or outbreaks on your face is simple: Stop using soap and other caustic synthetic cleansers, scrubs and moisturizers, and turn instead to the most natural, time-honored facial trick of all: cleaning your skin with oils.

Almost every facial soap sold in drug stores contains synthetic chemicals and artificial ingredients, despite the number of brands that claim to be “organic” or “natural.” These soaps can be toxic to your liver and other organs with long-term use - and, even in the short term, they can do real damage to your skin.

Harsh cleansers contribute to acne and outbreaks by adding potentially dangerous chemicals to your face and by cleaning away not only dirt and bacteria, but the oils that your skin needs. When skin’s natural oils have been removed, the body’s reaction is to compensate by producing more oil - causing oily patches and outbreaks and creating a vicious cycle of purchasing yet more products that work against your body’s actual needs.
Escape the Vicious Cycle - and save money and your face by doing so

First, stop washing your face with soap. For some people, the switch to washing their face with water alone is enough to dramatically alter the appearance and health of their skin. We’ve been fed a beauty myth that we need to do dramatic upkeep on our face with expensive skin care products in order to keep skin healthy, and it simply isn’t so.

For some, washing with only water is enough. For most people, however, the effects of years of stress and exposure make a natural skin treatment like oil cleansing indispensable.

What You'll Need:
  • a soft washcloth
  • a blend of castor oil and olive oil
  • hot water
The Method:

  1. Pour the oil into your palm. Rub your hands together to warm the oil and smooth it over your face.

  2. Massage the oil into your face. Massage the oil deeply into your pores in a circular motion. Work it into your pores so that blackheads and all that gunk can be dissolved and steamed away. (I love it when I feel little beady, pore-clogging stuff coming out of my pores as I massage the oil, delightfully gross haha!)

  3. Once you feel your pores are clean enough, pick up your washcloth and soak it in hot water. The water must be warm enough to open pores and remove the oil.

  4. Cover your face with the warm washcloth, and let it stay until it cools.

  5. Wipe the oil away and rinse the washcloth well in hot, running water. Repeat steps 4 & 5 for at least 2 more times.

You'll notice that after you cleanse the oil off, your skin will feel a bit tight, as if you've used toner! It's amazing! If you find the "tightness" uncomfortable, rub a drop of the oil blend between your damp palms and pat it onto your skin and massage.

I've made up my mind,
No need to think it over,
If i'm wrong I aint right,
No need to look no further,
This ain't lust,
This is love but,

If i tell the world,
I'll never say enough,
Cause it was not said to you,
And thats exactly what i need to do,
If i'm in love with you,

Should i give up,
Or should i just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere,
Or would it be a waste?
Even If i knew my place should i leave it there?
Should i give up,
Or should i just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere

I'd build myself up,
And fly around in circles,
Wait then as my heart drops,
and my back begins to tingle
finally could this be it

Should i give up,
Or should i just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere,
Or would it be a waste?
Even If i knew my place should i leave it there?
Should i give up,
Or should i just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere

I remember watching this movie with love at greenbelt 3. Oh and it was still my birthday then. Love's friend suggested this movie but i didn't planned to watch it at first. It was just of no choice, that's why we chose to watch it instead.

But this movie is so nice, touching and romantic. I was suprised!
I didn't expect the movie to be great.
their love story is so unique.

I want to have a DVD copy of it for my dvd collection and I'm planning to buy the book itself as well.

Sony MicroVault

Another Sony Must have :)

If you're looking for a cool and convenient way to store you personal data, here's one cute flash drive that i wanna share. I own this for quite sometime now anyways, here's my review

Sony Microvault has different version and here a picture of the one that i have

Mine's green, well my microvault came from my dad, but if i were to choose my own color for my microvault i will pick the red one. lolz.

Anyways aside from it is so thin, Microvault has unique mini traveling cases just take a look at this:

isn't it so nice? Mine's connected with my coins purse. Funny thing is i don't even know how to connect it at first since, unlike any other conventional usb connection, Microvault connects directly into your PC's usb port. Just take a closer look at the Microvault, it doesnt have the thick steel end that usually covers the gold bars of the data reader ( whatever you call it lolz) . I was really amazed ( I'm not sure about what you think about this) but i really love the way it looks. It's like a skeleton USB flash drive. It's really THIN!

I really like sonny for being so classy and cool. It's a new way of creating flash drive since on my part i don't find classic USB flash drives attracting. This is the first time that i wanted to keep one for my self.

I just realized that the disadvantage for this type of flash drive is that it can be easily damaged if you will not take care of it. Just see to it that you don't touch or scratch the gold bars and always protect it from dirt. Also, since it's so thin it very fragile and it tends to break easily. Bottom line is, Handle it with care or else you'll wreck it!

And i love you so

babygem0321

2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I watched the movie "And i love you so" at home, starring Bea Alonzo and Sam Milby . We watched it though CJ doesn't really want watch it after all. He's not a big fan of Tagalog mushy movies but as it is, he has no choice or else i wouldn't watch District 9 with him after this ( hehe).
Now, since I'm here doing nothing i think it's time for me to create my first ever movie review on my blog ( more to follow :P)

Unfortunately, we weren't able to watch it in a movie house (even in greenbelt). I heard about the issue that star cinema had with SM supermalls that's why it was not shown to any SM malls during it's screening days. Now I'm thinking that maybe this movie didn't earn a lot since SM malls are everywhere and tons of movie goers are really into watching films at SM outlets. I'm just wondering why it was not available in Ayala malls as well. I was told that it should be available in Ayala malls. That day I was in Greenbelt, this film was just on it's 2nd week.DO you think they stopped playing this movie even after a week only? Too bad for this film. Well, I think my BF prayed for it because he told before checking this out at Greenbelt that he doesn't want to watch it in a movie house. Why? he said it's very embarassing ( what the...!) What's wrong with tagalog movie?!

Anyways, I honestly like the plot of the movie. The trailer initially tempted me to watch it. It seems to me that the scriptwriter was influenced by the film "sassy girl" in a way because the plot is "almost" the same. But somehow, the characters are totally different.

In the part where the character of Bea is longing for his husband ( Derek), i think she should have act more depressed and sad. Her mourning for his husband was just shown in a way that she was just crying on her bed. I remember watching Windstruck ( This korean movie is like a prequel of the movie sassy girl ) that movie really made me cry because after her BF died, she almost killed her self and was seen in a most desperate and hurtful condition. I watched Windstruck over and over again and it never failed to give me tears. hmm.. why I'm telling so much about windstruck? because honestly I expected this movie from Bea to be like that, very tearful.

In total, this movie is nice, a good drama to watch. The movie evolved more about how Sam and Bea fell in love rather than focusing on Bea's love and marriage with Derek. I just think they should have lengthen the scene where Bea cries over his dead Husband and how depressed she was. For me losing someone you love deeply is really unbearable and so exruciating. Bottomline? more tears!!! lolz

Imma sucker for drama talaga... (obvious ba!?)
